Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Own a smartphone with data plan for company app
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Familiarity with smartphone use and mobile applications
- Ability to physically walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment community
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs as required during shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team and management as needed
