Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willing to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with verified proof
- Comfortable using a smartphone with a data plan for mobile app operations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Experience with vehicle and trailer preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk extensively throughout the apartment community, climbing stairs as needed
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions to maintain cleanliness and meet service standards
- Comply with safety protocols using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report service issues
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned routes
