Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in waste collection or similar physical labor jobs is an advantage
- Ability to operate mobile applications on a smartphone
- Good physical condition to manage walking and lifting tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- Ownership of personal pickup truck or trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and compliance photos
- Walk properties extensively and climb stairs as required
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of apartment communities
- Adhere to safety protocols using company-provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
