Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and ability to use mobile apps
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Prior experience in a physically active role preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to safety procedures using provided gloves vests and gear
- Perform tasks on evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday starting at 7 or 8 PM
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company
