Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U S proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Ability to follow instructions and company protocols
- Good physical stamina for walking and lifting
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps and transport to on site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as part of routine duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness standards in apartment communities
- Report any issues or service disruptions promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use provided protective gear
