Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal vehicle with trailer preferred

- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to onsite trash compactors
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure timely collection of trash bags
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to scheduled evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
