Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan to use mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste collection or similar physical service roles advantageous
- Ability to use smartphone applications proficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good physical fitness to handle active duties
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear such as gloves and vests
- Report issues or unusual findings during service rounds
- Maintain communication with team and supervisory staff
