- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- valid driver's license preferred
- current auto insurance in your name preferred
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- able to use a smartphone with a data plan
- physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- previous experience in physically active roles preferred but not required
- good communication skills
- able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactors
- log service details using the company’s mobile app including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property and climb stairs as part of the collection route
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
- follow safety protocols and wear provided safety gear
- communicate effectively with management and residents when required
