Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old

- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the companys mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure trash is collected efficiently without heavy lifting of bulk items off-site driving or dumping
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas during evening shifts
- Report any non-compliance or issues observed during collection rounds
- Follow safety procedures and use provided gloves vests and gear
