- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

- Good physical condition to walk and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while performing duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
