Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to use a smartphone and company mobile app
- Reliable and physically able to perform active duties such as walking long distances and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Preferably owns a personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in employee's name preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned apartment community by timely trash collection
- Communicate with team members and management regarding service issues or improvements
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear during all shifts
- Report any issues or concerns related to trash collection and community cleanliness
