Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a physically active role preferred but not required
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Must be able to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
- Willingness to use smartphone mobile app during shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doors within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves vests and gear
- Communicate any issues or non compliance observed in the service area
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in apartment community areas
