Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
- Comfortable working with bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a physically active role preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app technology
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property including climbing stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure proper safety by wearing gloves, vests, and necessary gear
- Maintain cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming apartment community environment
- Follow company policies and procedures for service delivery
- Report any issues or non-compliance promptly
