Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app effectively
- Physically fit to perform active duties including walking and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience in customer service or community maintenance roles is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to community standards
- Report any issues or non-compliance encountered during rounds
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided safety gear
