Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Preferably personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Experience with physical labor and walking long distances preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor
- Use company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the apartment property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Lift and carry bags up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents
- Follow safety protocols and use provided protective gear
