Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to utilize company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work evening shifts
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by ensuring trash is collected daily
- Report any issues or non-compliance found during service to management
- Wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests while performing duties
- Communicate effectively with residents and management when necessary
