Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in candidate’s name preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working with bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate the company’s mobile app
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards while handling bagged waste
