Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Physical stamina to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- Personal vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in physically demanding jobs preferred but not required
- Ability to use smartphone apps
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- Transport trash to the on-site compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety procedures and use provided protective gear
- Communicate effectively with team and residents
