Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U S proof required upon hire
Smartphone with data plan to use mobile app
Personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Valid drivers license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Qualifications

At least high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in maintenance or cleaning roles is a plus but not required
Ability to use smartphone and mobile apps for logging and communication
Good physical condition to perform walking climbing and lifting tasks
Strong reliability and punctuality
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps and transport them to the on site trash compactor
Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain cleanliness of assigned apartment community areas
Report any maintenance or service issues observed during rounds
Communicate effectively with residents and team members
Follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
