Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

- Physical fitness to perform active walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of bagged trash without lifting heavy bulk items or driving off-site
- Follow all safety protocols and utilize provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with management and report any issues or non-compliance encountered
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a clean, welcoming community environment
