Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Reliable transportation, preferably a personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and order of trash collection areas
- Communicate non-compliance or service issues using the app
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards observed during service
