Job Requirements

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- For drivers, valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Experience using mobile apps is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Handle bagged residential waste safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents when necessary
- Maintain a reliable and punctual schedule especially for evening shifts
