Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety and hygiene when handling bagged trash and waste
- Communicate any issues or non-compliance observed during routes
- Follow company safety protocols and wear provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Contribute to a clean and welcoming environment within apartment communities
