Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the U S with proof required upon hire
- smartphone with a data plan to use companys mobile app
- personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- valid drivers license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- use the companys mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- walk the property and climb stairs as part of the daily service routine
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- adhere to safety guidelines using gloves vests and other provided gear
