Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U S
Smartphone with data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Valid driver license and current auto insurance preferred

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps and transport to on site trash compactor
Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during the shift
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain communication with team members and supervisors
Follow safety protocols and wear provided gloves, vests, and gear
Report any issues or non compliance during service rounds
