Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

Job Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience with smartphone technology and mobile apps
Ability to follow safety protocols
Physical ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and photos
Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure safety by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
Maintain punctuality and reliability in scheduled shifts
Report any non-compliance or issues encountered during rounds
