- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company\'s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver\'s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents\' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company\'s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols by wearing gloves, vests, and other provided gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
