Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for mobile app
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
Experience with property services or similar roles preferred

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Document and report any service issues or non-compliance
Maintain safety standards using provided gloves, vests, and gear
Communicate effectively with residents and team members
