Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the us
- smartphone with a data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to operate smartphone and use mobile applications
- physical stamina to walk long distances and lift up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- previous experience in a physically active job or outdoor work preferred
- valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor
- use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned apartment community areas
- report any issues or resident concerns to management
- follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
