Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in various weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Willingness to work evening shifts
- Experience using smartphones and mobile applications
- Preferred personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
- Preferred valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Wear provided gloves, vests, and safety gear to ensure personal safety
- Maintain cleanliness and order in apartment communities
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
