Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste collection or similar physical roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to use smartphone apps for logging and communication
- Good physical condition to handle walking, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and responsibility
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred for those using a personal vehicle and trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as part of daily duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure timely trash collection
- Follow safety protocols using provided protective gear
- Communicate with team members and report any issues or concerns
