Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Valid driver’s license preferred
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use the company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs to perform collection duties
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Follow safety protocols and wear provided gloves, vests, and gear
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Maintain a positive and reliable work ethic
