Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Smartphone with data plan to use company app
Prefer personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
Prefer valid driver's license and current auto insurance in applicant's name
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor
Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain cleanliness and uphold community standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding service issues
Follow safety protocols including use of provided gloves, vests, and gear
Report any unusual or hazardous conditions encountered during work
