Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents’ doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using a personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness standards by ensuring trash and recycling are properly collected and contained
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors when necessary
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided safety gear during all shifts
- Report any issues or non-compliant residents through the app accurately
