Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone and data plan to utilize company app
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged waste
- Physically able to walk long distances and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
- Experience in similar hands-on, physically active roles preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor
- Log service details using the company's mobile app including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned residential communities
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
