Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the u s (proof required upon hire)
- smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- experience with smartphone apps
- valid driver’s license preferred
- vehicle with trailer preferred
- good physical stamina
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor
- use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- walk the property including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and professionalism while interacting with residents and staff
- follow all safety protocols and use provided protective gear
- report any community or service issues observed during rounds
- assist with basic maintenance or tidying tasks as needed
