Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage as a listed driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor using personal truck or trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of bagged trash and waste
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
