Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company's mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications
- Capable of working a part-time schedule of approximately 10-15 hours per week
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs repeatedly during the shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with management and residents when needed
- Maintain a consistent schedule and timely completion of assigned duties
