- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with a data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfort with working around bagged trash and waste
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- able to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate the company's mobile app
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of apartment community common areas
- communicate effectively with residents and management regarding service issues
- adhere to all safety protocols and wear provided safety gear
- assist team members as needed to maintain efficient service
