Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs frequently
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided gloves vests and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and property management
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in daily attendance
- Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
