Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable personal transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proper documentation
- Ownership of a smartphone with an active data plan
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to efficiently use mobile app technology as part of job duties
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States with proof
- Ability to use a smartphone and data plan to operate company’s mobile app
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing stairs during shifts
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to on-site trash compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use a company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively, climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety procedures using gloves, vests, and provided safety gear
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any issues or non-compliance promptly to management
