Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage
Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
Ability to operate a smartphone with a data plan
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during a shift

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community using a truck or vehicle with trailer
Transport collected trash to the on-site compactor
Use a company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs while performing collections
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain cleanliness and order during collection shifts
Follow all safety procedures and use provided safety gear
