Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U S proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in janitorial or sanitation roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Good physical stamina for walking and lifting
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps and transport to on site trash compactor
- Use mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use provided safety gear
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in service schedules
- Report any maintenance or service issues promptly
