Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a physically active outdoor role preferred
- Basic knowledge of using smartphone applications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps and transport to on site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness of apartment community by timely trash collection
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Follow safety procedures including using provided gloves vests and gear
- Report any issues or non compliance observed during collection routes
