Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in sanitation or similar physical work advantageous but not required
- Basic smartphone proficiency to operate the company’s mobile app
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Good physical fitness to handle walking, lifting, and outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor
- Use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comply with safety protocols using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Report non-compliance issues through the mobile app
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for apartment residents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
