Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Experience using smartphone apps for logging and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within the apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure trash collection areas are tidy
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues
- Adhere to safety guidelines wearing provided gloves vests and gear
- Provide excellent customer service keeping communities welcoming and clean
