- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company's mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use a company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols by using gloves, vests, and other provided gear
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in daily service duties
- Communicate effectively with residents and management regarding service issues
- Report any maintenance or resident concerns promptly to supervisors
