Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- Ability to communicate clearly and respond directly
- Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Capability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Time management and goal setting skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Vision capabilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system including accurate handling of cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards and redeemed tickets
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing options
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system
- Responding to guest phone inquiries
- Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- Complying with food safety laws
- Selling and serving alcohol in accordance with certification and legal age requirements
- Tearing tickets and directing patrons
- Inspecting backpacks and managing crowd control
- Conducting theater inspections to monitor quality and safety
- Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining common areas
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
