Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules primarily weekends
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day
- must be able to possess an Indiana Bartender's Permit
- experience in retail or customer service
- excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- solid math skills
- must be at least 21 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- create a welcoming environment by assisting and quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs
- guide customers to wines they enjoy
- assist with setup and cleanup of daily operations and special events
- stock wine and retail merchandise in the tasting room
- assist with quarterly inventory and accurately perform money handling procedures
- offer tours of the winemaking facility
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
