Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules primarily weekends
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day
  • must be able to possess an Indiana Bartender's Permit
  • experience in retail or customer service
  • excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • solid math skills
  • must be at least 21 years of age to apply

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously
  • create a welcoming environment by assisting and quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs
  • guide customers to wines they enjoy
  • assist with setup and cleanup of daily operations and special events
  • stock wine and retail merchandise in the tasting room
  • assist with quarterly inventory and accurately perform money handling procedures
  • offer tours of the winemaking facility
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
