Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

- Knowledge of company products and services
- Ability to operate a cash register for Cashier role
- Compliance with alcoholic beverage handling laws for Cashier role
- Ability to operate machinery safely for Stocker role
- Morning availability for Stocker role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred

- Cashier: comply with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
- Stocker: ability to operate equipment safely and properly including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- Stocker: morning availability to accommodate store operational responsibilities with start times as early as 5:00 a.m.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in retail environment preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Processes customer purchases and provides exceptional customer service
- Performs general cleaning duties and stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product availability
- Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory and removes and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
- Maintains physical activity requirements including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking about the store
